Parker Landscape Development, Inc is a landscape construction company with over 40 years of experience in the landscape design, construction and the maintenance industry. Owned and operated by the Parker Family, Parker Landscape is dedicated to providing professional, personal and quality service to the greater Sacramento area. In 2005 after owning and operating Park City Landscape, Inc. Tim and Connie Parker decided to go into business with their children, Ryan and Dawnielle to form Parker Landscape Development. The Parker Family is a knowledgeable team and along with the employees they take pride in providing their customers with a unique and satisfying experience.
Tim, Connie, and Dawnielle all work in the office and truly enjoy having a family business. While Ryan has moved on to different ventures Parker Landscape continues to provide a unique service in a highly competitive industry. Parker Landscape prides itself on treating all of our employees fairly, our customers with great care and most importantly that everyone feels like family!

Rick Correa /Chief Operating Officer
Rick joined Parker Landscape in 2012 bringing over 10 years of knowledge and experience in the landscape industry. Rick started in Parker Landscape's maintenance department where he managed crews, scheduling, and estimating. While managing our maintenance department Rick began his transition into managing small jobs in our Landscape division. In 2013 Rick became our Lead Supervisor for the Landscape Construction Division. Rick has become an integral part of our team over the years and we are so happy he chose us, instead of NASA.

Tricia Garcia / Payroll Manager
Tricia joined our company with a background of 15 years in the construction industry. Having worked out in the field and in an office setting, she has been a great fit to our company. Tricia manages payroll, accounts payable, and other various activities for Parker Landscape. She has been a great addition to our company and fits right into our "family" environment.
Tristan Albor/ Landscape Estimator
In 2017 Tristan joined Parker Landscape as a landscape laborer. After working out in the field and gaining landscape knowledge Tristan began working in our estimating department, performing takeoffs on large commercial projects that includes schools, churches, parks, and shopping centers. Tristan is an amazing part of the Parker Team!
